When unusual conditions exist, we inspect the attic in order to avoid surprises later. Finally, we discuss the job with the owner to see if there are any special concerns that must be addressed.
You will receive an itemized bid that clearly shows what you will be receiving. In the event that our roof tear off reveals some rotten sheathing or woodwork, you will know in advance what these items will cost to repair or replace.
We schedule and deliver materials out to your job a day or so in advance. This minimizes time delays and helps to insure that your job will be completed quickly and efficiently.
Our policy is to only tear off as much roofing as we can replace that same day. We do not rely on tarps to protect your most valuable investment! We promise not to leave your house exposed to weather damage overnight.
