The roofing process begins by meeting with the homeowner at their home. We discuss their roofing concerns to make sure we understand any special issues that need to be addressed. Then we perform a thorough inspection of your existing roof, including all flashings, plumbing boots, wood trims, skylights, hips, valleys, ridges, field shingles, gutters, ridge ventilation, and soffit ventilation. When unusual conditions or concerns exist, we inspect the attic to look for ventilation problems so we can avoid surprises later.

You will receive an itemized estimate that clearly shows what you roofing project will entail. In the event that our roof tear-off reveals some rotten sheathing or woodwork, you will know in advance what these items will cost to repair or replace. Please read the contract completely, then sign and either email or fax it back to us. Your estimator will then discuss and finalize your shingle colors with you if that hasn't already been decided.

Once we have a signed contract from you, we schedule the delivery of your roofing material a day or so in advance of us installing your new roof. This minimizes time delays and helps to insure that your job will be completed quickly and efficiently.

Our policy is to only tear off as much roofing as we can replace that same day. We do not rely on tarps to protect your most valuable investment!

We are factory-trained and certified. Your roof will be installed correctly, with no shortcuts of tricks-of-the-trade. This insures that your roof will perform for its full life expectancy. Knowing and following a shingle manufacturer's installation requirements is a critical step to a proper installed roof that will stand the test of time.
